    This is pathetic, I have called their 4 phone numbers daily talked to Bill and Jazz and some other lady to get account information. They never answer their phones, I get the run around, my boss gets the run around. Poor Poor Poor customer service, not willing to answer a 2 second question they can easily look up and find. I understand its busy season but give me a break. They will now be receiving a notice from the IRS because of their delayed responses. To bad for them they might have further problems. I tried and when they fail with me I allow the higher authority to step in when they can't fulfill their obligations... hopefully they step up and respect the personal information they have within their walls
